General contractor website design that earns the big jobs.

Nobody hands a stranger a kitchen remodel or an addition on a hunch. They check your work, your license and how you run a job. We build the site that answers all of it before the first meeting.

  • Fixed price before we start
  • Live in about two weeks
  • You own everything

The problem

Why general contractors lose the job before the walkthrough.

GC work is big, slow to sell and won on trust. Even referrals look you up before they call. Here is where good contractors lose them.

01

Referrals check you online first

A neighbor gives your name. They search it. An empty Facebook page or a site from 2012 undoes the referral.

02

Everyone’s afraid of the half-finished job

Homeowners have heard about contractors who take a deposit and disappear. Your process, payment schedule and license calm that fear.

03

A list of services isn’t a portfolio

“Kitchens, baths, additions” means nothing without finished projects, ideally with before and after.

04

The wrong leads waste your week

Without clear project types and a budget question, you drive out to price a leaky faucet.

Our work

The remodeling website we built for Livo.

Livo Remodeling does remodeling, flooring, painting, accent walls and decks. One team for the whole home. Good general contractor website design makes a wide offer feel simple. This is an example of our work. The site is new, so we don’t show numbers for it yet.

What we built

  • A brand and site built from nothing: no logo, no colors, no pages to start from
  • A hero that sorts visitors: tap Flooring and the picture and the promise change to match
  • Remodeling, flooring, painting, accent walls and decks, each with its own space
  • Live from first call in under a week

What's included

What goes into a website for general contractors.

Your site should feel like a well-run job site: organized, clean and clearly in charge.

Project portfolio

Finished jobs by type, with before and after, scope and timeline.

A page for each project type

Kitchens, baths, additions, whole-home remodels, commercial build-outs.

How a job runs

From the first walkthrough to the final punch list, with how and when you get paid.

License and insurance

In Florida, licensed contractors must show their license number in ads, websites included.

Permits handled

Who pulls permits and handles inspections. It answers the question before it’s asked.

A form that sorts leads

Project type, rough budget and timing, so you only drive out for real jobs.

Your real reviews

The reviews your customers left on Google. We never write reviews for you.

Service area

The towns you take work in, so the far-away calls stop.

How it brings in work

General contractor marketing that sends leads to your phone.

A website alone is a business card. Four pieces, set up together, make the phone ring.

01

The website

Fast on a phone, with your best projects up front and the estimate form on every page.

02

Your Google Business Profile

The map listing for “general contractor near me”, full of finished project photos.

03

Ads for the jobs you want

Google and Facebook ads for kitchens, baths or additions, aimed at the towns you serve.

04

The lead on your phone in seconds

Name, number, project type and budget land in Telegram on your phone, even on site.

Once the jobs pile up, MM CRM keeps every lead, crew, hour and job cost in one place for $99 a month, with every user included.

Lead apps vs. your own site

Renting leads, or owning them.

Lead apps can fill a slow week. But a remodel lead there is usually collecting five bids.

Blue Oak Home Solutions left the lead apps.

Blue Oak is a handyman company, not a general contractor, so your numbers will differ. Same move, though: stop buying shared leads.

How it works

Three steps from the first call to launch.

  1. We talk about your projects

The jobs you want more of, your typical budget range and the towns you cover.

  2. We build the whole thing

You approve everything before it goes live.

  3. Your phone starts ringing

Leads come straight to your phone, and we show you what’s working in plain numbers.

About two weeks from the first call to launch, and you own everything we make for you.

FAQ

Questions general contractors ask us.

Don't see yours? Ask us. It's free, and there's no pressure.

Ask a question
How much does a general contractor website cost?

From $999 for a Landing Page to $1,990 (Basic), $3,290 (Pro) or $5,490 (Premium) for a full site and more. Your quote is fixed and in writing.

How long does it take?

Most sites go live about two weeks after our first call, branding included. Bigger sites take longer, and your quote says how long.

Do I need my own project photos?

Yes. Finished projects are your portfolio. Before and after from the same angle work best. Phone photos are fine.

Will my general contractor website show up on Google?

Every general contractor website design we do is built so Google can read it. No one can honestly promise the top spot. First calls usually come from your Google Business Profile (in Pro); ranking in regular search takes months (SEO is in Premium).

Should I ask for a budget in the form?

A rough range, yes. It saves you trips to jobs that don’t fit, and serious homeowners don’t mind.

I do residential and commercial. One site or two?

One site, with separate sections. Each buyer gets the pages and proof they care about.

Who owns the website?

You do. Once it’s paid, the site, logo and files are yours, with the domain and hosting in your name.

Are there any monthly fees?

Not for the site: it’s a one-time price, plus a small yearly domain and hosting bill. Monthly fees start only if we look after the site, or you add MM CRM at $99 a month.

Not a general contractor?

We build for other trades too: websites for roofers, websites for painters and websites for plumbers.
