HVAC website design that gets the no-cool call.

When the AC quits in July, people call the first company that looks like it will show up today. We build the site, Google listing and lead form that make that company you.

  • Live in about two weeks

The problem

Why HVAC companies lose the call before the phone rings.

HVAC lives on the weather. The first heat wave or cold snap floods every company with calls, and the quiet months live on maintenance plans. Here is where both slip away.

01

The emergency goes to whoever answers first

No cooling and a hot house means a frantic phone search. Slow site, no number up top? They tap the next company.

02

Maintenance plans are hidden

Tune-up plans keep crews busy in the slow months. If nobody can find what yours covers, they never sign up.

03

Replacements need trust and numbers

A new system is a big bill. People compare brands, warranties, efficiency and financing before they call.

04

Lead apps sell the same AC call to everyone

You pay for the lead, then race four or five other companies to call first. The cheapest wins.

What's included

What goes into a website for HVAC companies.

Good HVAC website design has to calm a family in a hot house and sell a new system to a planner, often on the same day.

No-cool emergency line

Your 24/7 number on top and one tap to call, plus an urgent box in the form.

Repair by symptom

Not cooling, leaking, short-cycling, noisy: people search for the problem, not the part.

Replacement page

Systems you install, efficiency, warranty and how quotes work.

Maintenance plans

What each plan covers, how often you visit, and how to sign up.

Financing and rebates

If you offer financing or help with rebates, said plainly.

License up front

In Florida, licensed contractors must show their license number in ads, websites included.

Your real reviews

The reviews your customers left on Google. We never write reviews for you.

Service area

The towns you cover, so people see you’re local.

How it brings in work

HVAC marketing that sends leads to your phone.

A website alone is a business card. Four pieces, set up together, make the phone ring.

01

The website

Fast on a phone, with the emergency line and the quote form on every page.

02

Your Google Business Profile

The map listing for “AC repair near me”: categories, services, hours and service area.

03

Ads that follow the weather

Google ads for repairs in a heat wave, tune-ups before the season, aimed at your towns.

04

The lead on your phone in seconds

Name, number, ZIP and the problem land in Telegram on your phone, even in an attic.

Once the jobs pile up, MM CRM keeps every call, tech and maintenance visit in one place for $99 a month, with every user included.

Lead apps vs. your own site

Renting leads, or owning them.

Lead apps can fill a slow week. But you pay for every AC call again next summer.

Blue Oak Home Solutions left the lead apps.

Blue Oak is a handyman company, not a HVAC company, so your numbers will differ. Same move, though: stop buying shared leads.

How it works

Three steps from the first call to launch.

  1. We talk about your work

Repairs, replacements or plans, the brands you install and the towns you cover.

  2. We build the whole thing

You approve everything before it goes live.

  3. Your phone starts ringing

Leads come straight to your phone, and we show you what’s working in plain numbers.

About two weeks from the first call to launch, and you own everything we make for you.

FAQ

Questions HVAC companies ask us.

Don't see yours? Ask us. It's free, and there's no pressure.

Ask a question
How much does a HVAC website cost?

From $999 for a Landing Page to $1,990 (Basic), $3,290 (Pro) or $5,490 (Premium) for a full site and more. Your quote is fixed and in writing.

How long does it take?

Most sites go live about two weeks after our first call, branding included. Bigger sites take longer, and your quote says how long.

Can you add my maintenance plans?

Yes. Each plan gets what it covers, how often you visit and a sign-up option in the form.

Will my HVAC website show up on Google?

Every HVAC website design we do is built so Google can read it. No one can honestly promise the top spot. First calls usually come from your Google Business Profile (in Pro); ranking in regular search takes months (SEO is in Premium).

Should my prices be on the site?

A diagnostic fee and tune-up price, often yes. System replacement prices depend on the home, so we explain how you quote instead.

Do I need my own photos?

They help. Your techs, trucks and real installs beat stock photos. Phone photos are fine.

Who owns the website?

You do. Once it’s paid, the site, logo and files are yours, with the domain and hosting in your name.

Are there any monthly fees?

Not for the site: it’s a one-time price, plus a small yearly domain and hosting bill. Monthly fees start only if we look after the site, or you add MM CRM at $99 a month.

Not in HVAC?

We build for other trades too: websites for electricians, websites for plumbers and websites for roofers.
