Painting contractor website design that wins the estimate.

Homeowners get three painting quotes and pick one. Usually the one who looked most careful before anyone showed up. We build the site that makes that painter you.

  • Fixed price before we start
  • Live in about two weeks
  • You own everything

The problem

Why painters lose the job to the cheaper quote.

Painting is easy to price-shop. Every homeowner thinks a wall is a wall until they see bad work. Here is where you lose the jobs worth having.

01

Prep is invisible on a quote

Two quotes look the same on paper. One includes sanding, patching and two coats. If your site doesn’t show that, you get compared on price alone.

02

Stock photos say “not my work”

A homeowner wants to see a real living room you painted, not a model holding a roller. No gallery, no trust.

03

Exterior work is seasonal

Rain and heat squeeze exterior jobs into a few busy months. The calls go to whoever is easy to find that week.

04

Lead apps send the same job to everyone

You pay for the lead, then compete with four or five other painters on price. The cheapest wins, and next time it’s the app again.

Our work

The painting contractor website we built for Better Call Mike.

Better Call Mike paints, builds accent walls and remodels across Miami-Dade and Broward. Good painting contractor website design shows the care before the first brush stroke, and makes asking for a price easy. This is an example of our work. We don’t show numbers for this site.

What we built

  • Interior painting with its own section: walls, ceilings, trim, doors and cabinets
  • Accent walls as a service of their own: fluted panels, board and batten, limewash, Venetian plaster
  • Free estimates, a fixed written price and same-day quotes from photos, stated up front
  • An estimate form that takes up to five photos, and a four-step process from consultation to walkthrough

What's included

What goes into a website for painters.

Your site should look like your work: clean lines, nothing sloppy, and the details done right.

Before & after gallery

Real rooms, cabinets and houses you’ve painted, sorted by job type.

Interior and exterior pages

Two different buyers, two different worries. Each gets its own page.

Cabinet refinishing page

A cheaper option than new cabinets, and one of the best jobs a painter can sell.

Estimates from photos

They send photos of the room, you send a ballpark before the visit.

Your prep, step by step

Masking, patching, sanding, coats: the part that justifies your price.

Color help

Test patches, sheen advice, HOA color approvals: whatever you offer, said plainly.

Warranty in writing

How long you stand behind the work, and what that covers.

Your real reviews

The reviews your customers left on Google. We never write reviews for you.

How it brings in work

Painting contractor marketing that sends leads to your phone.

A website alone is a business card. Four pieces, set up together, make the phone ring.

01

The website

Fast on a phone, with the estimate form and your number on every page.

02

Your Google Business Profile

The map listing for “painters near me”, filled with photos of your jobs.

03

Before-and-after ads

Facebook and Instagram ads built from your best transformations, aimed at your towns.

04

The lead on your phone in seconds

Name, number, the job and their photos land in Telegram on your phone, even mid-coat.

Once the jobs pile up, MM CRM keeps every estimate, crew hour and paint expense in one place for $99 a month, with every user included.

Lead apps vs. your own site

Renting leads, or owning them.

Lead apps can fill a slow week. But a painting lead there is almost always shopping on price.

Blue Oak Home Solutions left the lead apps.

Blue Oak is a handyman company, not a painter, so your numbers will differ. Same move, though: stop buying shared leads.

How it works

Three steps from the first call to launch.

  1. We talk about your work

Interior or exterior, cabinets, the towns you cover. Send your best before-and-after photos.

  2. We build the whole thing

You approve everything before it goes live.

  3. Your phone starts ringing

Leads come straight to your phone, and we show you what’s working in plain numbers.

About two weeks from the first call to launch, and you own everything we make for you.

FAQ

Questions painters ask us.

Don't see yours? Ask us. It's free, and there's no pressure.

Ask a question
How much does a painting website cost?

From $999 for a Landing Page to $1,990 (Basic), $3,290 (Pro) or $5,490 (Premium) for a full site and more. Your quote is fixed and in writing.

How long does it take?

Most sites go live about two weeks after our first call, branding included. Bigger sites take longer, and your quote says how long.

Do I need my own job photos?

Yes. For painters the photos do most of the selling. Shoot before and after from the same spot, in daylight. Phone photos are fine.

Will my painting website show up on Google?

Every painting contractor website design we do is built so Google can read it. No one can honestly promise the top spot. First calls usually come from your Google Business Profile (in Pro); ranking in regular search takes months (SEO is in Premium).

Should my prices be on the site?

Not exact prices. But a starting price per room, or saying you quote from photos, takes away the fear that stops people asking.

Can customers send photos for a quote?

Yes. The form takes photos, and they come straight to your phone with the lead.

Who owns the website?

You do. Once it’s paid, the site, logo and files are yours, with the domain and hosting in your name.

Are there any monthly fees?

Not for the site: it’s a one-time price, plus a small yearly domain and hosting bill. Monthly fees start only if we look after the site, or you add MM CRM at $99 a month.

Let your walls do the talking.
