Pest control website design that sells plans, not sprays.

A one-time spray pays once. A quarterly plan pays all year. We build the site that turns “I saw a roach” into a customer who stays.

  • Fixed price before we start
  • Live in about two weeks
  • You own everything

The problem

Why pest control companies lose the customer after one visit.

Pest work is seasonal: ants after the rain, mosquitoes in summer, termite swarms in spring. The money is in turning those spikes into year-round plans.

01

Nobody knows what a plan includes

If the site doesn’t say what a quarterly plan covers and costs, people book one spray and never come back.

02

Parents and pet owners need answers first

“Is it safe for my dog?” is the first question. A site that skips it loses the call to one that answers it.

03

National brands buy the top of Google

The big names spend heavily on ads. You win locally by naming the pests and towns you actually deal with.

04

Lead apps sell the same roach to everyone

You pay for the lead, then compete with several other companies on price. The plan customer never sticks.

Our work

The pest control website we built for Wise Pest Control.

Wise Pest Control works across Sarasota and Manatee County. Good pest control website design sells one clear idea: treat the outside so bugs never get in. This is an example of our design work only. We don’t show numbers for this site.

What we built

  • A hero animation of a lawn: tap it to send in ants and watch them turn back at the barrier
  • Three plans billed quarterly, with no long contract and cancel anytime
  • A quote form that asks what they’re seeing (ants, roaches, termites, mosquitoes, rodents) and which plan
  • A four-step “outside first” process, local pests named, and twelve towns from Palmetto to Englewood

What's included

What goes into a website for pest control companies.

Your site has to calm a worried homeowner and sell them a plan in the same visit.

Plans and what they cover

Each plan side by side: pests covered, visit schedule and starting price, if you publish one.

Pest pages

Ants, roaches, termites, mosquitoes, rodents: one page per pest people search for in your area.

Pet and kid safety

How you treat, what you use and when the family can go back outside, in plain words.

Quote form by pest

What they’re seeing and which plan they like, so your call back starts halfway done.

Termite and WDO page

Inspections for home sales and termite protection for owners, with their own form option.

Seasonal banners

Mosquito season, termite swarms, rodents in winter: an offer that matches the month.

Your real reviews

The reviews your customers left on Google. We never write reviews for you.

Service area

The towns you cover, so people see you’re local, not a national call center.

How it brings in work

Pest control marketing that sends leads to your phone.

A website alone is a business card. Four pieces, set up together, make the phone ring.

01

The website

Fast on a phone, with plans, safety answers and the quote form on every page.

02

Your Google Business Profile

The map listing for “pest control near me”: services, photos, hours and service area.

03

Seasonal ads

Google and Facebook ads that change with the season, aimed at the towns you serve.

04

The lead on your phone in seconds

Name, number, ZIP, the pest and the plan land in Telegram on your phone, even mid-route.

Once the routes fill up, MM CRM keeps every lead, tech and visit in one place for $99 a month, with every user included.

Lead apps vs. your own site

Renting leads, or owning them.

Lead apps can fill a slow week. But a one-time spray from an app rarely turns into a plan.

Blue Oak Home Solutions left the lead apps.

Blue Oak is a handyman company, not a pest control company, so your numbers will differ. Same move, though: stop buying shared leads.

How it works

Three steps from the first call to launch.

  1. We talk about your plans

Your plans, the pests you treat most and the towns on your routes.

  2. We build the whole thing

You approve everything before it goes live.

  3. Your phone starts ringing

Leads come straight to your phone, and we show you what’s working in plain numbers.

About two weeks from the first call to launch, and you own everything we make for you.

FAQ

Questions pest control companies ask us.

Don't see yours? Ask us. It's free, and there's no pressure.

Ask a question
How much does a pest control website cost?

From $999 for a Landing Page to $1,990 (Basic), $3,290 (Pro) or $5,490 (Premium) for a full site and more. Your quote is fixed and in writing.

How long does it take?

Most sites go live about two weeks after our first call, branding included. Bigger sites take longer, and your quote says how long.

Should I put plan prices on the site?

A starting price helps people choose a plan before they call. If you’d rather quote each home, we show what each plan covers instead.

What should I say about pet safety?

Only what’s true for the products you use and the label says. We write it with you and keep it plain.

Will my pest control website show up on Google?

Every pest control website design we do is built so Google can read it. No one can honestly promise the top spot. First calls usually come from your Google Business Profile (in Pro); ranking in regular search takes months (SEO is in Premium).

Do I need my own photos?

They help. Your techs, trucks and real inspections beat stock photos of bugs. Phone photos are fine.

Who owns the website?

You do. Once it’s paid, the site, logo and files are yours, with the domain and hosting in your name.

Are there any monthly fees?

Not for the site: it’s a one-time price, plus a small yearly domain and hosting bill. Monthly fees start only if we look after the site, or you add MM CRM at $99 a month.

Not in pest control?

We build for other trades too: websites for roofers, websites for plumbers and websites for handymen.
