Roofing website design that brings you your own leads.

After a storm, homeowners call the first roofer who looks real. We build the site, Google listing and lead form that make that roofer you.

  • Fixed price before we start
  • Live in about two weeks
  • You own everything

The problem

Why roofers lose the call before the phone rings.

Roofing comes in waves. One storm, and everyone needs a roofer at once. The calls that week can make your year. Here is where they leak away.

01

Water is coming in, and your site won't load

A homeowner with a bucket under the ceiling searches “roof leak repair near me”. Slow site, no emergency number? They tap the next roofer.

02

Storm chasers look just like you

After a big storm, out-of-town crews show up with door hangers. Your license, your towns and your own job photos are how homeowners tell you apart.

03

You pay for leads other roofers get too

Lead apps send the same roof job to several contractors. You pay, race the others to call first, and the job goes to the lowest price.

04

A new roof is a big decision

Nobody signs for a full replacement after one look. They compare roofers for days. No photos, no warranty, no clear next step, and you're out before the estimate.

Our work

The roofing company website we built for Summit Shield.

Summit Shield Roofing does storm repair and replacement in Southwest Florida. Good roofing website design starts with one moment: right after a storm, when the homeowner needs help now. This is an example of our work. We don't show numbers for this site yet.

  • Service pages, a four-step storm-to-sealed walk and the towns they cover

What's included

What goes into a website for roofers.

Your site has to work for two customers: the one with a leak tonight, and the one planning a new roof next spring.

Storm & emergency page

Leaks, wind damage, tarping. Your 24/7 number on top, one tap to call.

Free inspection form

Address or ZIP and what's wrong, so you know where to drive before you call back.

Insurance claim page

How a roof claim works, in plain words, with the notices your state requires.

Before & after photos

Your own jobs, sorted by shingle, tile, metal and flat. Real roofs beat stock photos.

A page for each service

Replacement, repair, inspections, gutters: a page for each job you want more of.

Service area map

The towns you actually cover, so homeowners see you're local.

Your real reviews

The reviews your customers left on Google. We never write reviews for you.

License, warranty, certifications

License, insurance, warranty and any certifications you hold, where careful homeowners look.

How it brings in work

Roofing contractor marketing that sends leads to your phone.

A website alone is a business card. Four pieces, set up together, make the phone ring.

01

The website

Fast on a phone, with the inspection form and your number on every page.

02

Your Google Business Profile

The map listing for “roofer near me”: categories, services, photos and service area.

03

Ads aimed at your ZIP codes

Google and Facebook ads for the towns you serve, most useful right after a storm. You set the budget.

04

The lead on your phone in seconds

Name, number, address and problem land in Telegram on your phone, even while you're on a roof.

Once the jobs pile up, MM CRM keeps every lead, crew and job in one place for $99 a month, with every user included.

Lead apps vs. your own site

Renting leads, or owning them.

Lead apps can fill a slow week. But you pay for every job again next time.

Blue Oak Home Solutions left the lead apps.

Blue Oak is a home repair company, not a roofer, so your numbers will differ. Same move, though: stop buying shared leads.

How it works

Three steps from the first call to launch.

  1. We talk about your roofs

Your roof types, your towns, and the jobs you want more of.

  2. We build the whole thing

You approve everything before it goes live.

  3. Your phone starts ringing

Leads come straight to your phone, and we show you what's working in plain numbers.

About two weeks from the first call to launch, and you own everything we make for you.

FAQ

Questions roofers ask us.

Don't see yours? Ask us. It's free, and there's no pressure.

Ask a question
How much does a roofing website cost?

From $999 for a Landing Page to $1,990 (Basic), $3,290 (Pro) or $5,490 (Premium) for a full site and more. Your quote is fixed and in writing.

How long does it take? Can it be live before storm season?

Most sites go live about two weeks after our first call. To be ready for storm season, start a month or two early so Google has time to find the new pages.

Do I need my own job photos?

They help a lot, and phone photos are fine. If you don't have many yet, we launch with what you have and add more later.

I already have a website. Can you fix it instead of starting over?

Sometimes. Pro and Premium start with an audit. If your site is worth keeping, we say so.

Will my roofing website show up on Google?

Every roofing website design we do is built so Google can read it. No one can honestly promise the top spot. First calls usually come from your Google Business Profile (in Pro); ranking in regular search takes months (SEO is in Premium).

Can you write about insurance claims on my site?

Yes, in plain words. We never promise to cover deductibles or offer gifts for inspections, and in Florida we include the notices state law requires for roof-claim ads. We are not lawyers, so have yours check the wording.

Who owns the website?

You do. Once it's paid, the site, logo and files are yours, with the domain and hosting in your name.

Are there any monthly fees?

Not for the site: it's a one-time price, plus a small yearly domain and hosting bill. Monthly fees start only if we look after the site, or you add MM CRM at $99 a month.

Not a roofer?

We build for other trades too: websites for plumbers, websites for electricians and websites for handymen.
