Realtor website design that brings in listings, not just likes.
Your brokerage page looks like everyone else's. Your own site, with a home valuation that actually captures sellers, is how agents stop depending on Zillow leads. We build it.
- Fixed price in writing
- Live in about two weeks
- You own everything

A concept we designed for a real estate agent, not a real client.
Where a real estate agent loses clients before they call.
Zillow sells your leads back to you
Portals charge you for buyers who saw your listing and then show them three other agents. Your own site keeps them yours.
A brokerage profile isn't a brand
A page on the brokerage site disappears when you move. Your name, your site and your domain go with you.
Sellers can't see why you're different
Sellers hire the agent who shows they know the neighborhood. Generic pages don't.
Valuation leads go cold
Someone requests a home value at 10pm. If you call back two days later, they've listed with someone else.
What we'd build for a real estate agent.
Keystone Realty Group is a made-up business. Yours gets your own brand, your own photos and your own words.

What's in it
- “What's my home worth?” in the hero, sending the address straight to you
- Neighborhood pages with schools, prices and what living there is really like
- Search homes through your IDX feed, styled to match the site
- Your sold listings and real client reviews, front and center

What goes into a website for realtors.
A realtor site has to win sellers and keep buyers coming back instead of opening Zillow.
Home valuation page
A seller lead magnet that sends the address and contact to your phone.
IDX listing search
Your MLS listings on your own site through your IDX provider.
Neighborhood pages
One page per area you farm, written to rank for “homes for sale in” searches.
Sold & testimonials
Your track record and real client reviews.
Agent or team profiles
Bio, photo, languages and contact for each agent.
Buyer & seller guides
Plain-English guides that make you the expert.
Brokerage & fair housing
Your brokerage name, license info and the Equal Housing logo where they're required.
Spanish version
Written properly for Spanish-speaking clients.
Marketing for realtors that sends requests to your phone.
Four pieces, set up together, bring in sellers and buyers who are yours, not the portal's.
The website
Sharp on a phone, with “get a home value” and “search homes” everywhere.
Your Google Business Profile
The map listing for “realtor near me”, with reviews and sold photos.
Seller and buyer ads
Google and Facebook ads for valuations and new listings in your farm area, within housing ad rules.
Leads on your phone
Name, phone and address reach you in seconds, so you call first.
Your website is where the decision gets made.
Before anyone calls, they search, compare and read reviews. Here is what the research says about that moment.
of people judge a company's credibility by its website design.
Stanford Web Credibility Research →of people who search on a phone for something nearby visit a business within a day.
Think with Google →of consumers read online reviews when choosing a local business. Only 4% never do.
BrightLocal, 2025 →more likely to qualify a lead when you reply within an hour instead of later.
Harvard Business Review →How much does a website for a real estate agent cost?
It depends on how many services, pages and tools you need, so we don't publish one price. Tell us about your business and we send a fixed price in writing, usually within one business day. Ad budgets are separate and paid straight to Google or Meta.
You run your business. We handle everything else.
One team, one contact person, one fixed price. No hiring a designer, a developer and an ads person and getting them to talk to each other.
Your part
Three simple things.
A short call
Tell us about your real estate agent and the work you want more of.
Say yes or no
We show each piece. You approve it or ask for changes.
Answer your phone
New requests come straight to you. That's it.
Our part
Everything else.
Questions realtors ask us.
Don't see yours? Ask us. It's free, and there's no pressure.
Ask a questionHow much does a website for a realtor cost?
It depends on IDX, the number of neighborhood pages and whether it's for one agent or a team. Tell us about your business and we send a fixed price in writing, usually within one business day.
Can you add MLS listings?
Yes, through an IDX provider approved by your MLS. The feed has its own monthly fee, paid to the provider.
What if I change brokerages?
Your site and domain are yours. We update the brokerage name and license details and everything else stays.
Do the ads follow fair housing rules?
Yes. Housing ads on Google and Meta run in the special housing category, without targeting by age, gender or ZIP code, and the site carries the required fair housing notices.
Will it help me rank for my neighborhoods?
It's built so Google can read every page. No one can honestly promise the top spot. Your Google Business Profile usually brings the first calls; regular search takes months.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once it's paid, the site, logo and files are yours, with the domain and hosting in your name.
Own your leads instead of renting them.
