The Keystone Realty Group concept on a phone

A concept we designed for a real estate agent, not a real client.

The problem

Why good businesses still lose clients online.

01

Portals rent you your own leads

Zillow and lead sites charge for buyers who saw your listing, then show them other agents.

02

A brokerage page isn't a brand

When you move brokerages, the page stays behind. Your own site and domain go with you.

03

Leads that go cold overnight

A valuation request at 10pm needs a call by morning. Slow follow-up loses listings.

04

Housing ad rules trip people up

Fair housing rules limit how ads are targeted. Most marketers don't set them up right.

What we build

Everything it takes to bring in clients.

Take one piece or the whole set. Every project gets a fixed price in writing before we start.

01

Brand identity

A logo, colors and type that look right on your sign, your trucks or your front door, and online.

02

Website

Service pages, your team, real photos and a request form on every screen, built for buyers, sellers and owners.

03

Landing page

One page for one offer you're running ads to.

04

Company audit

We look at your site, Google listing, reviews and ads, and tell you plainly what's costing you customers.

05

Google Business Profile

Categories, services, photos and hours set up so you show on the map for “near me” searches.

06

Ad creative & targeting

Google and Facebook ads aimed at the areas you serve. You set the budget.

07

Lead form & bot

Every request lands on your phone in seconds.

08

SEO

Neighborhood and city pages built to rank for “homes for sale in” and “property management in” searches.

09

Social media

A month of branded posts made from your own work.

How it brings in work

Four pieces that make the phone ring.

A website alone is a business card. Set up together, these four bring in new clients every week.

Step 1

The website

Sharp on a phone, with valuation, search and contact on every page.

Step 2

Your Google listing

The map result for “realtor near me” or “property management near me”.

Step 3

Housing-category ads

Google and Facebook ads set up within fair housing rules.

Step 4

Leads on your phone

Name, phone and address reach you in seconds.

Why it matters

Your website is where the decision gets made.

Before anyone calls, they search, compare and read reviews. Here is what the research says about that moment.

FAQ

Questions we get from real estate businesses.

Don't see yours? Ask us. It's free, and there's no pressure.

Ask a question
How much does a real estate website cost?

It depends on IDX, the number of area pages and whether it's for one agent, a team or a company. Tell us about your business and we send a fixed price in writing, usually within one business day.

Can you add MLS listings?

Yes, through an IDX provider approved by your MLS. The feed has its own monthly fee, paid to the provider.

Do the ads follow fair housing rules?

Yes. Housing ads run in Google's and Meta's special housing category, and the site carries the required notices.

What if I change brokerages?

Your site and domain are yours. We update the brokerage details and everything else stays.

Who owns the website?

You do. Once it's paid, the site, logo and files are yours, with the domain and hosting in your name.

Stop renting your leads.
